Submitted a large project on Thumbtack. J and S responded that they thought it was "right up our alley". I sent the list of repairs along with the access code to the property and never heard from them again. Yes and No are both great answers because they move a project forward. Ignoring people and not responding to repeated requests for an answer is simply rude.
