Chef J is simply AMAZING!!! His food, hospitality, and level of professionalism is unbeatable. I have done everything that Chef J has to offer.
I have participated in multiple cooking classes of his where the interactions between teacher and student makes you feel like you are learning to cook 5 star meals from a long time friend.
I visit his food truck as often as I can. I am always searching for where he is setting up and it would be impossible to make anything more delicious.
I also participated in his "Cultural Aspects of Food" course at the University, where Chef J was able to demonstrate his knowledge of food from around the world. He cooked us everything across the globe from Moroccan to Ethiopian food.
He is simply the best and you will not be disappointed.

Chef J has been making lunch and dinner for our family every week for almost a year. My husband and I both work full time and we have a 2-year old who spends her days in day care. We didn't have the time or energy to prepare nutritious meals after work and often found ourselves resorting to fast food for both lunch and dinner. Chef J has saved us an enormous amount of time and is very open to revising meals on the menu, taking requests and accommodating schedule changes. Highly recommend!!!!!!
