- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We like to meet the client onsite and review the project they are planning. This way we get a chance to answer their questions, see the site conditions, and look for potential problems/issues so that we can address them ASAP. Once we are hired to build a fence the following will ccur: 1) We schedule Bluestakes to comes to mark the utilities in your yard. 2) We come the first day, dig holes for the fence posts, set the posts in Concrete, and measure gates and fence sections for ordering supplies. 3) We usually wait 7 days to allow the concrete to cure and then come back and build the fence sections and hang the gates. 4) Perform he final walk through with the client to make sure everything look great and answer any final question.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?1) Can I see some reviews/references from actual clients you have worked for? 2) Can I see your certificate of insurance? ( General Liability and Workers comp) 3) What kind of warranty do you offer on your services? 4) How will you communicate with me regarding the fencing project? (Project Schedule, delays, problems, etc....) 5) Are you going to come do an onsite inspection before starting the project? 6) Does you vinyl product carry a lifetime warranty? 7) Do you use the heavy duty 8" Gorilla rails exclusively for added strength when building a fence or are you quoting me the "Cheaper" 5 1/2" rails? 8) Will the price go up half way through the project for some mysterious reason?
