We have used Michael Davis Construction for two remodel projects. It has been a great experience working with him and his crew. By qualification, I have just retired from the trades with expertise in electrical, plumbing and construction. His expertise and ability to supervise his crew and solve problems is exemplary. But there are lots of companies that have this ability. What sets Michael Davis apart from all the others over the years is:
—He is more than willing to let you be part of the decision making process. He actually listens to you and proposes options in a clear and understandable manner.
—He always calls and lets you know his schedule for the day.
—They show up on time.
—The jobsite is beyond neat and orderly which is more than necessary during a remodel, or actually, any building project. Believe me when I tell you how rare this is today among his competitors.
—All the subcontractors that he uses are now trades that we also use for there expertise when needed. They emulate his professionalism,skill, and abilities.
—When you work with Michael you soon see his ability and his desire to be the bes at what he does. For me as a retired business owner, it so reminds me of myself as a young man.
We cannot recommend him highly enough, and are so thankful we found a man like this to work with us.

Mike & Scott did an outstanding job on our guest bathroom..they stayed on budget and we love love love the outcome. We are so happy with the project, we are planning on having them quote or master bathroom remodel in the very near future.

I can't speak highly enough to the overall job that Michael J Davis Construction did. We did an entire interior remodel and are thrilled with the results. Mike was attentive and listened to our requests, he gave the utmost attention to our wants and needs and helped with guidance whenever we asked for it. He is a true craftsman when it comes to the quality of work that he does. I will use him for all future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone who may be looking.

I have absolutely loved working with Mike! I have literally referred him to a patient today! His quality shows the passion that he has for his craft. One major thing that I have seen with other contract managers is that it is nearly impossible to get a hold of them and I think one of Mike’s best attributes is always to answer the phone and always to keep his customers in the loop. Things change constantly on large projects and Mike is so good at keeping close contact with all of his clients! I don’t recommend many people but I highly recommend Mike!
p.s. if my house was not so messy right now I would take pictures to show it off.
