What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If student need limited help I charge $25 per hour. If student needs more help and frequent follow up then I charge monthly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a Trial Class. Make sure I understand the strengths and weakness of the students.

I have Masters in Computers and Math.
