- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Andrews Maintenance pricing is very affordable, Any new materials or hardware must be provided by customer, however pickup service and shopping assistance is available. Also with my refer a friend program you earn a $50.00 credit to your account when you refer a friend and they hire Andrews Maintenance! Don't forget to ask about our long term service plans that bring the apartment style living and savings to your home!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would call and gather final details or message and schedule a time to come out. Once at the service address I will meet you at the door. Then take a look at the project to check to see if there are any other necessary tools, or materials required; in some cases do to the wide variety of work I do, I will need to make a quick run to a local hardware store. Then I get the job done. I'll pack up when finished and have your receipt ready.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently got a job to assemble a trampoline. It was in the afternoon and the request came through. I responded and shortly after I received a call. It was a birthday surprise! The young lady was turning 8 years old. So I finished the job I was on, and headed straight over. In only about an hour I was able to get the trampoline put together, and could hear a crowd of party goers laughing and screaming as I carried my tool box back to the car.
