Introduction: I am an independent personal trainer with a degree and multiple certifications in Exercise Science and other fitness areas. I work with clients to come up with specific programs that will best help them reach their fitness goals. I have experience in working with all ages as well as athletes. I enjoy working one-on-one or in small groups with my clients to ensure that they are getting the absolute best results that they can out of the programs written specifically for them. Hanna is so wonderful and really knows her stuff! She has a degree in this field and really put it to use when showing me what muscles I would be using when doing the exercises. She has the sweetest soul, but knows how to work you hard to achieve your goals. Definitely recommend this girl to anyone and everyone. Thank you Hanna, you are hands down the absolute best!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The starting process to working with a new client involves meeting with them and going over any specific limitations, expectations, as well as short and long term goals. A short fitness assessment will also be performed (height, weight, age, body fat% (optional), BMI, and resting heart rate). From there, it will be determined what the best path to follow will be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton. I also hold a Personal Training Certification through the NSCA, as well as a Moms in Motion prenatal certification through SCW Fitness. I have been personal training for the past 3 years.
