- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The starting process to working with a new client involves meeting with them and going over any specific limitations, expectations, as well as short and long term goals. A short fitness assessment will also be performed (height, weight, age, body fat% (optional), BMI, and resting heart rate). From there, it will be determined what the best path to follow will be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Dayton. I also hold a Personal Training Certification through the NSCA, as well as a Moms in Motion prenatal certification through SCW Fitness. I have been personal training for the past 3 years.
