FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to give the best possible prices. all prices are base prices, and subject to change depending on location and how tall the grass is, whether it needs to be double or even triple cut. I also give certain discounts to customers. ask about my discounts when you contact me. thanks
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically after contacting my new customers, I usually try and meet them at their residence to walk around the job site. the most important thing to me is to make sure they are comfortable because I know how intimidating it can be to meet someone you don't know when in this line of work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
as previously stated, I have been doing this off and on for 12+ years. but, at the same time, if I'm not comfortable doing a certain job for whatever reason or the means to do it I will not take it on just to earn a dollar. I would rather the customer receive the best quality rather than me to take it on and not complete it. I'm in the stages of getting my pesticide license now.
