Introduction: I'm a Certified Personal Trainer through the NSCA. My philosophy is to train core strength and core stability first and foremost. I believe with strong core stability, the rest of our bodies become stronger and tone easier.
I train a multitude of people at different levels of fitness. I have train kids from age 6 to age 70, high school athletes to college athletes, and regular populations from pregnant ro someone who just wants to lose weight.
I'm getting ready to obtain my Level - 1 Precision Nutrition coach.
