- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was raised by a family of women who having been cooking since before I was born. Each generation teaching the next. I got very good at it and I had my own children friends and family who I would cook for and with. I notice when people where willing to pay for certain dishes I must really have a heart to fill the body with a lovely heart and love filled meal. I had been dream filled about having a business and I want to start small to later have a lager company.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done small to large parties and family dinners feeding about 20-30 people. Friends have booked me for a dinner for their loved ones feeding 2-4 people.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I love cooking for my family I cook and try dishes on them at least two to three times a week.
