- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are happy to offer you a quote over the phone in almost all cases. A few basic questions will allow us to give you a quote. At Integrity we will never increase the quoted price when we arrive at your home. Just like you, we're anti bait-and-switch all the way!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to entering your home we wipe down all equipment including cords and hoses as well as wear shoe covers to ensure unwanted dirt is not brought into your home. Before getting started our owner, who is onsite, will discuss the process with you up front, addressing any questions or concerns. Next, he will gather the technician(s) to ensure that the best strategy and practices are implemented in your home and that your requests are executed in the process. Not only do we value and practice integrity in what we do, but we are committed to excellence in our work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner was trained by Air-Care Indoor Air Quality Specialists of Las Vegas, Nevada. He was also trained to clean AC coils and components from a licensed Arizona HVAC contractor.
