- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set up with 3 different categories 1- Hourly Rate 2- Priced Packages - Includes a set of tasks or services 3- Retainer - this option is for clients who work with us long term
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This can vary depending on what service we provide. First off I set up a free consultation to make sure we are a good fit to work with each other. I feel it is very important to be on the same page per say from the beginning. Once we agree to work together I then will get information about your business & do a business analysis. This is very important as I need to know at what stage your business is currently at. Once I do my analysis I will put together a plan of action for what I feel is best for us of course the client is able to make suggestions as well. Once agreed we will move forward.
