Introduction: I use a combination of traditional workouts (machine & free weights) with a functional workout method (kettle bell, medicine ball, TRX, ect...) to build a unique training program, that is catered to each individual's goals & needs. These types of workouts help you loss weight, build lean muscle and increase mobility all while working hard in an enjoyable Manor. One of the reasons why I choose this career path is because I love that feeling when you are able to help someone evolve into a more confident person by achieving their health and fitness goals. Then helping them develop new standards and goals to further their success.
