I waited to write my review just because I want to see how consistent Distinguished Manor is in their service and I have got to say that they have continued to exceed my expectations. We have a bit of construction going on at the house so its been a mess. They came in and cleaned the house and I honestly feel less stressed. Im very happy with the quality and service they provide. Tiffany and her team did an amazing job! They worked late hours to get the job done before we moved into the house. All the paint lines are clean and look phenomenal! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our rates are based by the square footage for housekeeping and by the job for all other work. We provide a detailed pricing quote with each offer for services we make so that everyone has a clear understanding of the work to be completed and what the fees are covering. We do this to keep our customers well informed as well as to protect ourselves and our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We meet with all prospective clients in person to hear their desired outcome for their home. We then offer suggestions based on our professional experience and if everyone wishes to do so; we provide agreements to be signed which protect all parties. After this, we move forward with scheduling for work to begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our entire family has participated in all aspects of our services since the beginning. We put one of our parents through school for accounting, another family member graduated college with a degree in business and I (Tiffany) have spent hours researching information from code requirements to calling furniture makers to learn which products to use/stay away from for house keeping. I have attended countless business and networking meetings to learn the best ways in which to operate our company. At the end of the day, the most effective and meaningful education has been receiving feedback and interjections from customers. We have always put our customers' perspectives and desires at the forefront of our operational protocol which has made the most impact in our growth.
