Amanda was AMAZING! My parents hired emaids so this review is from them. Amanda not only met their expectations, but she by far surpassed them! She took care of everything they signed up for and she was very nice and courteous. They lived in their house for 13+ years and there were areas they didn’t think would come clean but Amanda worked her magic and you couldn’t even tell the house has been dirty! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing for the customer is based on a few factors, such as size of the home, number of rooms to be cleaned, frequency, type of cleaning (deep or standard), and what extra services you may want to add. Specials are always available!. Check out our Val Pack special running now! Spring special starting in April... $99.00 for all new customers. The $99.00 includes 3 hours of cleaning. In a team of 2, that is 1.5 hours per cleaner. Make sure you ask to receive the $99.00 Spring Special! We are Licensed / Bonded and Insured. All of our cleaners are w 2 employees meaning we pay taxes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The normal process in working with a new customer is, 1. Our account manger will respond to any and all request received through Thumbtack within 24 hours. 2. We do ask that the client call and talk with our their account manager to discuss the scope of work you are looking for and to make sure there is enough time allotted for your cleaning. 3. The job is then scheduled and confirmed. 4. A confirmation email will be sent a couple of days prior to all cleanings to ensure the scheduled appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?The management staff have over 19yrs in the janitorial service within the community and our housekeepers/maids are all trained with a 5 day comprehensive training program to ensure they understand our policy and procedures along with our cleaning standards. All cleaners are OSHA trained and certified.
