- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair and reflects our quality of work. we don't take shortcuts and we don't go the cheap route when purchasing the proper materials for the job because cheaper isn't always better when it comes to handling expensive items like TVs or performing electrical repairs. We like to do things right and safe. We don't rush through our jobs and we complete them thoroughly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a customer needs work done, they find us and we give them a free quote and if they are okay with the price we schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner Brian Green has completed the Phoenix electrical apprenticeship and is a Journeymen Wireman capable and competent to complete electrical work.
