- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer very fair and reasonable pricing. There is never any hidden fees or charges. We do not mark up materials, instead, charge our price for materials. That saves you up to 20% per project. We offer Military, LEO's, and FR's discounts. We always check the price of materials through our sources to ensure you save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically, when we come out for an estimate, we listen to your needs and wants. We then review the site to see how well your vision for what you want can be executed. We advise the client of what may and may not work, but, always come up with a plan to bring your vision to fruition. Sometimes it may take a couple of days for the client to decide on the final choices. We are patient and never rush our clients. After that is done, we discuss materials and material cost. We always tell the client to wait before purchasing materials until we meet. Once that is done we submit a detailed estimate, and advise the customer to get several estimates. Upon agreement to the estimate, we agree to the project via contract. The contract describes the scope of work and schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in the latest technology of building and completing projects. My experience comes from years of "hands-on" learning from the experienced tradesmen.
