- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly pool service includes testing water chemistry “adding basic chemicals (chlorine, acid, soda ash, shock when needed)”. Empty pump and skimmer baskets. Brushing walls and vacuuming when needed. Back flushing sand and DE filters “adding DE back” when needed. If any other service or chemicals are need during visit, a text or email will be sent to the customer for approval. If approval is not received within time of visit, chemicals or service will be performed at next visit with approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll arrive to the customers home for a meet and greet then check out the pool. We will over look the pool together, testing chemicals and checking all equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPO certified.
