- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To establish an accurate estimate, we will meet with customer at the job site to determine the exact scope of work to be done. If needed we can help with design, layout, colors etc. if necessary. A detailed estimate will be provided broken down into material costs, labor costs and time frame.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers. People who are moving and need a few touch ups to help sell their home, busy folks who just don't have the time to keep up with all of the projects that seem to arise around the home, landlords, renters and the list goes on.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just renovated an entire condo that was going to be rented. We gutted the carpets and installed laminate flooring throughout, painted every room and all of the doors, repaired all damage to sheetrock, remodeled the bathroom, replaced the counter tops, replaced all outlets/switches and light fixtures. We love the details such as painting the heat grates, fixing mis-wired switches, painting the fireplace doors, back splash above the counter tops and so on. We even cleaned the bathtub, stove and kitchen sink. We(two of us) completed the entire project in 10 days, exactly what we had quoted. That's how we roll.
