- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on the customer's unique needs. Once I know the level of challenge or goal they have, I can quote them on what my services will cost, what it entails and the results they can expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Through a free phone consultation, I learn what the customer is looking to accomplish. We discuss strategies and options, past client successes with similar challenges if appropriate, then I will suggest the best program for the customer and the related cost. With this information, an informed decision can be made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formal education include undergrad in foods/nutrition/communication; MBA in Marketing; Certificate Elementaire at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris France. Additional education in Energy healing with certificates in Body Code Healing System, Reiki, Emotion Code, several Higher Consciousness Energy Healing Certificates, and multiple leadership and personal development training programs. Experience includes 15 years leadership as a marketing executive in foods, personal care and health care; 17 years health coaching, business creation; 8 years energy healing.
