Nilto was wonderful to work with. I submitted the request on thumbtack and he responded very quickly. He came out the next day to review all the work and gave a very reasonable estimate. We agreed on a day/time and he arrived exactly as expected. He replaced 7 exterior lights, primed and painted 2 exterior doors, reinforced outdoor stair stringers, replaced all the parts of 2 toilets, installed house numbers and a few other odd jobs in about 6 hours. All his work was impeccable and I could not be more pleased. Nilto is very pleasant to talk with and I am positive that I will work with him again in the future. Such a great experience and I highly recommend him.

Caldas Jr arrived right on time to install our ceiling fan. In the course of doing this he encountered a number of issues with the original installation. He quickly and expertly resolved all the issues. We really admired his professionalism, knowledge and determination to resolve each issue. In addition, Caldas is pleasant and easy to talk with. A job done to perfection. Just moved into a house with a bedroom that was an unsightly dark blue, the kind that’s hard to paint over, especially with the light grey I wanted. When the job was done there wasn’t any hint of blue poking out. Not in the edges, not in the corners, nowhere. Cleanup was flawless and he was respectful of our home, couldn’t ask for more.
