Mr. Kim responded immediately to my request for an estimate, and after taking detailed measurements of our hardwood flooring requirements, provided a quote which was reasonable and fair. I accepted the quote and within days, the crew was on site installing the new floor (all in one day). The workmanship was highly professional, with with full attention to subflooring and the unique details of the new flooring and related customer needs, even to the extent of later adding felt pads to the feet of the furniture in the rooms with new flooring to avoid scratches! This is an exceptional, trusted, professional company, and I highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

Project: remove carpet and some vinyl flooring from basement and stairs. Install peel & stick vinyl plank flooring in a herringbone pattern and install wood steps then stain them to match the flooring with white risers. Approx 900 sq ft I received 3 estimates before choosing to work with KNN. A good price was important to me but working with someone who was experienced was the defining factor. Martin was quick to respond with a ballpark estimate based on my project details and he came over the next day to take accurate measurements and a final quote. I already selected peel & stick vinyl plank flooring before meeting with any contractors. Martin shared his experience and concern that this type of flooring may not do well in basement level homes depending on the humidity. He knew my heart was already set so offered some options to make it all work and work well! I wasn't as sure what to do with the stairs so we collaborated on materials and colors. This is where his experience really shined through. Martin and his team arrived promptly at 8am as planned. He made sure we discussed the design pattern with the team so there would be no room for mistakes. The entire team (4) was a pleasure to have in our home. Courteous, knowledgable, and very communicative throughout the process. They spent 2 days with us and left everything clean when they departed. They stayed on schedule and within our budget. We couldn't be more happy with the final result!

From the initial scheduling of the estimate to the little details, Martin and his team were excellent. When we agreed on a price, and scope of work, he pointed out that I might be happier with the alternative of removing existing hardwood (that was severely damaged in some spots) and installing all new hardwood so that the factory finish and plank width throughout my home matched (rather than having one color/finish wood on the basement, refinished smaller plank wood on 1st floor, and new wider plank wood on 3rd floor). I agreed and he worked with me on the price so that cost was not too much of a factor. Tae and Martin kept me informed throughout the entire installation process and took care of the smallest details that I didn't even think about until it was finished. I highly recommend KNN Flooring.

Martin and his team were outstanding to work with. 1st, Martin was willing to adjust his quote to allow me to use the materials I had purchased in order to keep the project UNDER my targeted budget and was always readily available if I had questions. 2nd, his team arrived on time and finished the project quicker than I expected even though there were some unexpected issues with the tear out of our previous floor. 3rd, Martin was very reasonable on the pricing of the extra work required to remove our previous flooring. 4th, The quality of the work was absolutely perfect. I did a thorough walk through and looked for anything that stood out to me to have his team fix before leaving and could not find a single issue. I would HIGHLY recommend that anyone looking to put in new floors work with Martin as his team did an amazing job and were very accommodating to any questions or changes in plans that I had. Thank you Martin we love our new floors!

Their crew came in and laid 2800 sq ft of hardwood flooring in less than one day all for a very good price. Did an excellent job. They specialize in large jobs but they said they will do any size floor.
