- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is to have a discussion to determine what the customer wants in their system. For a consumer that has not been in the audio video and alarm business, all of the options and equipment can be confusing. We try to lead the customer to the right products and services for their interest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company takes pride in working with many different products, services and equipment. Therefore, we send our technicians to shows, enroll them in webinars and training courses and expose them to various system designs and installations.
