FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We perform all work using fixed bid contracts with material allowances. We do not require deposits for materials as we coordinate this to eliminate the need to take large portions of out constructions contracts in advance of the start of work. I like to write contracts for labor only as much as possible, my clients agree to the benefit supplying labor only is the cleanest way to do business
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a site visit and consultation. A proposal and a basic scope of work is presented to the client for approval. After contract acceptance a start date is decided and materials are ordered to be dropped at the project site. The job is completed and a final walkthrough is performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was formally trained in all facets of rough and fine construction, cabinetry, and tile by artisan craftsman throughout my career. I pride myself on having a real world based working knowledge of all construction related fields with the exception of electrical and HVAC work.
