Introduction: I love to provide creative sequences that are taught to help you understand what your form should look like, why, and making modifications based on your own individual anatomy and skill level. I am here to help you work with your body and challenge it in a way that makes sense, not just forcing your body into poses that are not accessible. Instead, yoga should be challenging but fun and obtainable leaving you with a sense of both peace and accomplishment.
For over two years I have found joy in helping beginners start to build the foundation of their yoga practice and helping regular practitioners reach new levels. I teach with a focus on anatomy, addressing a student's needs, and showing that yoga is a wonderful opportunity to laugh, let loose, and a way to break from thought patterns that do not serve you or further you in your goals. I teach vinyasa flow and yin style yoga classes to people of all levels and in individual and group settings.
