- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are firm, but competitive. I don't have any surcharges or extra fees attached whenever someone books me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to get to know anyone I work with whenever I am in contact with a new customer. Any background information related to the event they are planning I greatly appreciate. After we discuss event information, then we transition into pricing and what type of equipment is needed for their event. The discussion can be as brief as five minutes or if more planning is needed then deliberations can be ongoing until the event is close to the desired date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I minor in Music at UNC Chapel Hill where I have taken courses in different forms of music history as well as fundamentals of music and how keys relate to each other. I have also worked at different customer service related jobs throughout my life, so I am adapt at meeting customer needs and satisfaction.
