- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I begin working with a new customer, we sit down and talk about what their goals are for the space or spaces we will be working on. I make recommendations, we discuss solutions, and get to work!
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with all types of customers. Some people want to be very involved and work along side me and learn new or sometimes just improved systems, and sometimes people just want things to be taken care of and then have me back on a regular maintenance program. Either way, it all gets done!
