Meaghan Senn is an awesome person over all. She is willing to listen to your story and make your health journey based specifically based off your own life style. Eating healthy is so much fun, it makes your feel a world of difference better and it is actually way easier than people think. All it takes is a little planning ahead but it is so worth it. I found that meal prepping worked best for me to keep me on track through out the week, but everyone is different. Find what works best for you and stick with it, I promise it is worth it in the long run. She is very easy to work with and will be there for you whenever you need her. She motivates you and helps you stay on track. She knows what she is talking about. I have tried many fitness gimmicks, all kinds of diets and work outs and eating certain foods. It is flexible eating, nothing is off limits and her workouts are amazing at they work. Keep your food on track and keep your butt in the gym and you will see amazing progress.

Meaghan is a very knowledgeable and motivating personal trainer. We assessed my goals at the beginning and Meaghan devised a plan to help me reach them! She pushes me to continue improving, but is conscious of my abilities and comfort level. She challenges me every workout but she always knows how to tweak the exercises so they reflect my abilities. Thanks to Meaghan I'm in the best physical condition of my life and I feel great!

Meaghan has been the best coach I've had so far. Not only have I seen the best progress with her but she has also been the most supportive and communicative coach. She responds within a couple hours to any questions I have and has my weekly plans done every Sunday. I have lost the most weight, put on the most muscle, and at no point during my training with her have I been miserable or starving. She listens to my preferences on food and workouts and makes sure to include those in my plan. She has helped me reach the best body I've ever had and in a healthy way. I'm definitely keeping her as my coach for my next competition to see what we can achieve.
