Thanks for your review Jessica Benton of 942 grove point apt 415 Hinesville ga 31313 (412) 304-7323  I'm happy to know that you didn't complain about the fact that once we arrived @your apartment, we discovered that your request on thumb tack was inconclusive, there was way over 50 boxes of stuff that we packed. However you still only paid $50 for a $400 packing job. I'm happy to know you didn't complain about using our vehicle as a FREE taxi to take you to the corner store for a case of bottle water and then to pick up your 7 month old son from the babysitter. I'm happy you didn't complain about my crew babysitting your son, without being compensated, while you left us at the unloading address working as you drove off to run an errand that night. I don't know of any movers that babysit and chauffeur their client while on the clock and without being compensated. Unfortunately we were unable to continue to bend over backwards to please your wants and needs. I've never received a negative review on any job I've ever done. And I just want to say thank you for your business, and your review has reminded me of ways to better serve my customers. So, to my future customers:  ●●"please be sure to have the packing materials you claim to have, so that your belongings will be packed professionally and safely before they're moved. In the event that you fail to aquire the packing materials you claimed you'd have, please be prepared to compensate your mover for his supplies or expect that your extremely heavy items may get scratches as it is being loaded and unloaded down and up 2 flights of outdoor stair cases."●●  Ms Jessica, you told us your life was in shambles and you only had that 1 day off from work and had to get all that stuff out that day, as you walked around us looking sad and playing heartbreak music and saying how much you appreciated us doing so much. you didn't have the packing materials you were suppose to have, including pads for your dresser and for your 700lb desk and 60 inch tv. As soon as we saw everything everywhere all over every inch of every room, closet and porch of your apartment, that 2hour $500 quote immediately became a 9 hour Pack and move challenge. I'm happy knowing that me and my crew did what we always do, we worked at "a constant pace" and we went far and beyond what our service offers, and we did more than what you informed us of in your thumb tack request. We drove around your city, lost, looking for stain, we didn't find it. Out of courtesy, On our next move in your area, we had planned on making arrangements to stain the tip of your dresser. But, its easy, you can do it. Walmart has wood stain for $3 a can for the scratches on the tip of dresser and you can fix all those many other scratches that were there before we arrived. And the wood glue is $4 for that 2ftx 2inch strip that lifted on the corner of your desk. good luck to you and your son in your new apartment and your endeavors in life... sincerely,  Alphonso
