- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you don't make your phone number available, I won't waste my money sending you a quote. I don't have standard pricing, negotiations are welcomed. However, cash is preferred, but personal checks are accepted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For thumbtack customers, once the customer accepts or negotiates my quote, I will email them a binding contract to ensure that the request is real. Im new to thumbtack, and i believe that many of the request I get aren't legit, so Once the customer hits the hired button and confirm that they agree to the terms, my crew and I will execute the contract accordingly. If customer can show me their competitors quote I'LL BEAT THE LOWEST QUOTE (within reason)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certification and experance as a brick mason for many years and an laborer / construction worker for the last 8 years, including landscaping.
