- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
30 Minute Sessions range between $35 - $50 and 55 Minute Sessions range between $65 - $80 / session depending which trainer you are working with. We require an initial 24 session commitment and ask most clients to train at a minimum frequency of 2x/week. We require a 24 session commitment and prefer a minimum training frequency of 2x/week because that is what gives you the best chance to succeed with your program and see significant improvements in your health and fitness.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take all new clients through a complimentary, 60 minute initial consultation. This evaluation process begins with a two-part intake form detailing your medical history, orthopedic status, lifestyle/nutritional habits, exercise history, goals and readiness to begin an exercise program. Once we review all of this information, we establish clear goals, commitments and strategies. We will then conduct our seven-part movement screen allowing us to gain all pertinent information needed to design a truly individualized training program maximizing safety and effectiveness.
