Cheryl has provided excellent travel agent services for me and my family ranging from organizing two honeymoons to choose from, a weekend jaunt to Amsterdam and a family reunion all-inclusive trip for my husband's 40th birthday. She is prompt, thorough and reliable and I highly recommend her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are typically no fees for our service if we book your vacation travel. While we can book with any travel supplier/wholesaler, we have preferred partners who provide extra value for you and your vacation experience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will send an introductory email, then will need pertinent information to provide an accurate quote. This information is needed to provide the best match for the trip you are envisioning. Information including the type of travel experience being sought, likes and dislikes, as well as basic information like dates of travel, number of travelers, etc. will be needed to accurately research.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Travel certification training and 20+ years of travel planning/management.
