Scott was fantastic throughout our backyard remodeling project. When we first started our project Scott was the first contractor that we met with. We did not have a direction for what we wanted but only knew that we needed to update our backyard. His idea for our backyard was great and was the model that we used through the estimation process. After getting several other estimates we went with Scott because of our confidence in him and his fair price. Scott and his crew did a great job bringing our vision to life and did what it took to make it happen. Due to weather Scott even had to come back after the project was basically wrapped up to put the final touches on the project. We appreciated Scott and his crew’s attention to detail in not only renovating our patio and retaining wall but even ensuring that the grading and drainage was improved to alleviate any potential issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mowing is about the only standard pricing items we have. Most projects require alot of math and calculations based on each jobs perameters.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer contacts us, I set up a,tume,to meet and go over their project. I then work on their quote, email it to them and answer any questions they may have. if selected we then go over specific material options, finalize the plans, revise the quote If necessary, schedule a start date and accept a deposit for the job. Once completed and only after the customer is completely satisfied do we accept final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Brevard College, I have 31 years of industry experience, I have countless hours of extended education for landscape maintenamce, installation, design as well as irrigation ecu's, ICPI certifications levels 1 and 2, NCMA levels 1 and 2, low voltage lighting certification, planet and Leeds training. this,last goes on but i am limited to characters.
