- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts as little as $25-70 per person and varies depending on a number of factors such as size of party, food and drink options, services provided, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with each new customer, to ensure we meet the needs and expectations of each, we like to have an initial consultation whether that be via phone or in person to determine the event and what all they are looking for in a catering service. We determine the date(s) and time(s) of service needed, party size, establish preferred food and beverage types, any additional services requested, and every other detail that may go into providing the catering that is needed. Once we find out all information about the customer is seeking, we then work with them to guarantee that all of said services and foods can be provided to their level of expectations. Each customer will receive a free, no obligation quote, and should they decide to move forward with the Tymes team for their catering needs, we then proceed to take any and all steps necessary to move forward and finalize everything needed to have them served and taken care of for their event(s).

With over 30 years of culinary and catering experience, our staff of professionals has the training and expertise needed to provide each one of our customers with catering for all of their events that goes far beyond what can be found anywhere else.
