The short version of this story is Purple Pyramid saved my life.
I have suggested them to everyone of my friends as my go-to source for any computer repair and/or maintenance need.
The long version is I am a music producer and videographer who makes a living with his computer. After a series of crashes and entire finished projects becoming inaccessible or 'corrupted data' in computer speak, I was on the verge of a heart attack as I stood to lose weeks of work and thousands of dollars. I found Purple Pyramid online and thank God I did!!
The agent Chris (who deserves a raise!) was not only patient with my cuss-word rambling, panicky alter-ego, but he was also thorough as he walked me through the steps of recovering my data. He basically gave me a crash course in Computer Science (almost) about not only possible causes for the mishap but also preventative measures for future protection.
He had great suggestions for optimizing my computer to speed up my workflow, free software I can use for backup storage and affordable options for a firewall.
In less than 40 minutes I came out of a crisis that could have potentially ruined my career to having the confidence and tools necessary to tackle any obstacle short of Godzilla. And it doesn't hurt knowing that I can call the Jedi master Chris from Purple Pyramid anytime I'm in a jam. These guys rock!!

I don't think there is anything they can't fix or figure out, no matter what kind of IT problem or type of equipment. Extremely knowledgeable with software and hardware.
