The owner was a very nice guy. He spoke very good english. They got to the house early and had it finished that day. They covered all my flower beds and made sure not to flatten or break them. When cleaning up, they made sure all trash and nails was out the yard and driveway. I would refer him to someone looking for a Good roofer. Very outstanding work. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once I get in contact with the customer, we set up a day and time convenient for them for me to able able to come out to the address. When I arrive at the home of the customer, I greet them at the door and introduce myself and let them know what I am there to do. For a typical appointment, I usually do the initial estimate. That is where I take a look at the house as I walk around it and then climb up the roof to examine the top to see what damage I can find and take measurements of all angles, count vents, pipe boots, skylights, etc. Then provide them with an estimate form I fill out stating exactly what is going to be done with the final estimate quote located at the bottom. I like to include my customers the whole way through a job once I am hired. For instance starting from when I come out to do the estimate, since it is hard for my customers to get on the roof I take pictures of everything I find, show them before I start anything, take after pictures, and explain everything I am going to do and answer any questions they may have. My customers have a say and knowledge in how I do their roof from beginning to end. Once finished, I clean up all debris and nails then go to greet the customer at the door once more and inform them I am finished and show them the completed pictures, make sure they are satisfied, and ask if there is anything else I can do for them. I like when my customers feel as if they was there through the whole process.
