- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and stress free. When approached about providing makeup services, I like to get to know my potential client briefly so that we can build rapport and I can discover any prefernces or hidden needs. We will discuss details about their special occasion and I will follow up with pricing, stipulations and I have a basic contract available to protect both parties in the plans made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years work in the beauty industry where I have been immersed in internal company trainings and makeup application, and I've also played the role of a trainer and beauty class facilitator. With my accumulated experience, I also perform freelance makeup applications for makeovers, instructional demonstrations, bridal makeup, and smaller less involved occasions. I have no reservations about skin color, ethnic background/culture or skin issues. Every person deserves an exceptional experience!
