- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually floors by sq foot Trim by linear foot Distance driven Garage doors by parts and labor Misc task by task or hourly For major companies and insurance claims we do. But for home owners and residential accommodations we work with and agree together on a price. We like what we do and we like to see customers satisfied
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We exchange name and information via text message or email, followed by phone call at your leisure. Concluding our conversation we decide on time to meet at or near project / jobsite. We will discuss cost, time and material. I will decided if either myself or one of my trusted tradesman will be more suitable for the task. After a brief review and you've met the selected tradesman, I will answer all of your questions. -Jey Wimbley
