What an amazing experience.... Moving is a stressful job, Tyree made the task not only bearable but also enjoyable, he came in and took over packing my fragile most precious pieces of my belongings with care as though they were his own. I moved from NY to NC and when he arrived in NC he strategically placed everything in the rooms he marked as such. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes we provide 65 an hour for 2 men. 85 an hour for 3 men. 105 an hour for 4 men and 20 per man after that. We also provide 1 man service. Just need one professional mover that can help you load your rental truck correctly and safe. Helping moving big furniture threw home safely. 1man for 50 an hour. For a truck for a local move we charge 100 to cover gas ,mileage ,and all equipment used , such as tape ,shrink wrap, and hand trucks. If needed a truck for a out of town job. How we come up with our total is add up the mileage. Adding the fuel cost. Days the truck is used. Labor hours estimated to work. For the local jobs that do not need a truck we charge a 2 hour minimum with a 25 fuel and travel fee. (We also offer house and business Cleaning , carpet and pressure washer jobs, painting to song writing) To lock in your move date we ask for a 50 deposit that goes towards the move. The 50 deposit secure your move date. We operate at the highest level of professionalism, with the highest respectful manner while we work fast but safe taking very great care of your valuables.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Getting customers to text information to my phone 704*968*5395 their name, both addresses, move date and moving start time. If needed a truck we collect a one time deposit of a 50 that goes towards the move. The 50 deposit locks in your move date simply because job's are booked daily. It are times we cant take a job because we are booked for that day. If the booked customer decide to have family move them. The company losses out on Business they could have booked that day. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Trucking school in Charlotte NC and went to moving school in Miami Fl. I drove the hwy moving families from state to state for 18 years and have 20 years professional Moving experience.
