- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When dealing with a new customer our process is overall very simple and satisfying. At Roof King we first evaluate our new customers problems and needs. We inform them about the situation and provide them with the information to make an educated decision about their biggest investment (their home). Making sure the customer is comfortable is our main priority. From front to back we will do whatever is necessary to deliver satisfaction. You are not only buying a roof from our company but also from the people selling them. People build a company and we pride our self on having good people. New customers will see this when dealing with Roof King and that's why they will choose us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Roof King has extensive knowledge in the roofing industry and customer service. Most of our employees have worked for other roofing companies or construction companies. As a team we have collectively built over 1,500 roofs and have 20 years experience.Over 10,000 hours of on job site experience managing every obstacle to complete the task. Owens Corning Preferred Contractors who represent it proudly making sure the product is the best. All constant students of the game focusing on executing everything to the best of our abilities. Our customer service proves to be the best as seen in our ratings.
