- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally start off with a base price, which includes a core amount of musicians and standard services. Upgrades like additional musicians, additional sound and lights, and additional time can be added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to hear our client's vision for their event, then offer them an amendable package that best fits their event goals. After we have signed an agreement with our clients, we create for the a custom planning site where bother we and they can all of the details. We have regular talks with out clients, and we make ourselves available as much as possible for questions and ideas. On the day of the event we arrive to the venue about 3 hours prior to the performance to set up equipment, sound check, and go over any last minute details. We usually perform shows that are customized by the client and never perform the same show twice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have performed over 600 events including weddings, corporate parties, festivals, birthday parties, and concerts. Many of our musicians have performed with national acts like Smokey Robinson to Prince, to name a couple.
