- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on: - The Event Type - Duration of the Event - Location of the Event - Logistical Challenges of the Event - Special Preparation (Learning Songs, etc)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we engage with clients via a phone conversation to gather details about the event. Once the details have been gathered, an agreement is created which lists the details discussed by both parties. If the agreement is approved and signed, then a deposit is rendered and the event is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Three members of the group have undergraduate degrees in music. One member has a masters in music performance. One member minored in music. The remaining members share years of experience performing and serving clients.
