- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give out a standard price based on the # of hours and our all inclusive services. We can remove or add any services to customize your rental.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Lets discuss the details of your event. Like the date, venue location, time, etc. We can then give you a cost, discuss what all is included, and customize the service best for your event. We then agree to reserve your date by sending you a detailed invoice and collecting $199. At this point we can share conversations with your planner or venue contact to confirm all details like set up location within venue. We collect the balance 30 days prior to your event. The week before your events date we touch base to confirm. Day of, we make memories!! After the event I will give you the scrapbook, digital files, and a follow up phone call. Please keep in mind this is only a typical process and everyone is different, so if you prefer a different process I am all ears.

Business degree. Wedding and event planning experience.
