Adon Cleaning Service was such a wonderful help! When I needed the house cleaned on short notice, Adon solved the problem. Ava and her assistant were so professional and pleasant! They made me feel comfortable as I explained the areas needing the most attention. They were warm and polite, but didn’t waste time and stop working when I made conversation with them. lol When they finished, my ugly tile counters were shining, and the kitchen cabinets and wood floors had a beautiful rich luster again! Dog fur?...Gone! The house smelled good and the beds and table were tidy and clean. Whew...such a relief! Adon Cleaning Service transformed my house! I specified in my original posting for a house cleaner that the home we are moving into was left in very poor cleanliness conditions and that it was in need of a very deep clean/move out clean. In my conversations with Adon Cleaning, I specified it was a deep clean/move out clean. To give them credit, we did have to reschedule due to electric not being turned on at scheduled time, and they were very understanding. And then I incurred I-77 construction/morning rush hour traffic and was about 20 min late, but once again, they were very understanding. We did an initial walk through together and I explained that bathrooms, kitchen, and baseboards/doors/door frames were my biggest priorities. After 2.5 hours, I came back to the house. I was told that the only things left were the floors, baseboards after she finished cleaning the bathroom. She said the bathroom was done but there was “gunk” still on the outside of the cabinets, same thing in the kitchen. Had I not pointed it out to her, it wouldn’t have been cleaned. I told her we were going to step out again so they could finish and we could walk through again when we got back/they were done. They left before we got back and when we went inside, there were barefoot footprints on the floors (my husband and I were wearing tennis shoes), none of the doors/door frames were cleaned-to which I mentioned we would have to paint some of them but it didn’t even look like a clean was attempted on them, some of the kitchen cabinets still had “gunk” inside and out, half the baseboards were not cleaned, almost every corner of the house still had dust/dirt on the floors as well as baseboards. Air vents were not cleaned, cobwebs still in corners of vaulted ceilings. When I responded to their messages about the cleaning, I was told the job they did today would normally be $225 (I was quoted $165, even though I specified it was in bad shape). She offered to come back and look at the things she missed, but we didn’t have time to wait. Needless to say, we wasted $150 and I will have to spend at least 3-4 hours cleaning AFTER they spent 4 hours cleaning.May 16, 2018VerifiedAva S.'s reply
Jeannette thank you for hiring us, it is our policy to be understanding and accommodating to all our clients, while we drive to be excellent in our work, there are some things that are beyond repair. we did our best and clean more than the required amount of time. the paints on the baseboard unfortunately we cannot fix, I hope the discount that we gave was sufficient enough. you wanted to move things into the home and we accommodated you as well in the middle of the clean. I felt as if we did our best in working endlessly to clean the home even though it was in very bad condition.
Ava did not show up or call at the specified time and could not provide the courtesy to call or let me know she would not make my appointment. Further, the two times my home was cleaned it was not thorough.Oct 5, 2018VerifiedAva S.'s reply
Abbie unfortunately we sent a message to inform you that we will be there shortly. This is the 4th time we will be cleaning your home. You ensured us that you were satisfied. This review was written while we were in route to you. We still arrived and provided service. After speaking with you we realized it was a big misunderstanding. Unfortunately it cannot be removed. Thanks for settle and coming to a mutual understanding that this was a big misunderstanding.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our standard Basic clean cost about 65.00 hourly for 2 cleaners. We highly recommend our Detailed clean which runs about 79.00 hourly for 2 cleaners. Additional services are done for an additional 10 to 20 dollars per item. Example cleaning of the refrigerator, oven and washing clothes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process is confirming the appointment, be clear about the individual or individuals that will be cleaning the homes, Our normal process is having two cleaners on most jobs, We believe in two hands make light and ensure an excellent job and happy Clients. Small jobs may just require one cleaner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I do have many years of Cleaning and customer service experience and managerial skills that has prepared me for serving and maintaining happy clients.
