- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all customers the same - new or old, I want to earn your business and your trust. I'll ask questions to make sure I know exactly what your needs are so you leave extremely satisfied when the job is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Winthrop University in May 2016 (after about an eight year hiatus) with my Bachelor's degree in Social Work. I have been an Administrative Assistant with the same global company for over six years now and have peronsal experience with type 1 diabetes, peritoneal dialysis, and organ transplant. My parents have a dog and five cats which were lovingly left by a feral cat who adopted our porch - we've always had animals in our household.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to choose a connection that works for you (and your animals if it's pet-related). Always go with your gut.
