- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My dedication to my clients begins from our first interaction; whether that may be through an initial Thumbtack message, a phone conversation or a complimentary in-person fitness consultation. At the forefront of our interaction, I focus my attention on understanding my client’s specific health, fitness, and wellness wants and needs. I examine the client’s current and previous exercise experience, nutrition and lifestyle habits, and any health concerns or injuries that should be discussed before beginning a fitness program. I then dive deep into the underlying motivations and desires behind the client’s need for obtaining their fitness goals and map out, with the client, a sustainable game plan to successfully reach them together.
