- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three programs: Recurring, one-time basis and move in/out. Recurring can we weekly, every two weeks or four weeks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For recurring service, an in-home estimate is the way to go. We can customize the cleaning and describe the service to give our customer the maximum value. We are a no contract company and present our services with zero pressure. It's about the relationships with our customers, not making the sale bound by a contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owners holds an Masters degree in business and worked for the Molly Maid Home Office, which allows proper training to office staff and the cleaning crews. Systems and procedures are an important aspect of the business and what insures we don't upset our customers.
