- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to catering, I typically charge $18 per plate. I do negotiate my rates though.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I truly value communication. This day and safe every one wants to text or email (which is fine) however, I still enjoy talking to my clients or customers. There's nothing like that personal connection and interaction with your customer or clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
None. I just have a passion for cooking and creating dishes.
