- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process differs for each client; custom care and advice. It's never 'typical'. first transaction? investor? relocating? Buying, Selling, Renting? Let's talk! Important to set the table so we know what to expect of each other. Set a strong foundation. A partnership- but first, I hear and learn what you want, need and expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It's in my DNA to be your advocate!! Nurse, advanced to Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist; Life Coach; Buffini Co. Certified Mentor™; Legal Nurse Consultant; Reiki Practitioner. My academic, professional and life experiences coupled with my REALTOR® designation { a federally registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a Member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to it's strict Code of Ethics} (as set apart from a real estate agent or agent); and board memberships and community organizations, enable me provide to provide you the highest level of customer service
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
-Every agency or home I went to during my real estate journeys consistently include the agent/agency asking me to join their firm. " You're just want we need!" or " You're just what our buyers and sellers need". True story :-) -Natural transition from patient advocacy to real estate advocacy. -I had a transaction that was not quality; I'd heard of many similar stories.
