- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I don't like to put a set price I first give an estimate until I see the location that I will be cleaning. I Like to get a feel of what I need to do and how much time it will take me to complete the job in order to give an actual price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to do a walkthrough of the area that I will be working in I like to be interactive with my customers and ask questions the pertain to the service being provided. I also make you feel welcome to tell me if they need something done in a specific manner because the customer is always right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I used to work at many commercial places; Hospital, airport and etc.. So I understand and know how to clean fast and efficiently. I also worked may years for a company that has a solid reputation
