They responded within minutes of putting in my request & were to able to come with 20 minutes of contact. They were very professional & polite on meeting. They listened to everything I had to say about the problem then proceeded to assess. As soon as they got on the roof they inspected exactly where the source of the leak was suspected & confirmed my assumptions. They even checked the other side for the same problem to make sure it wasn't happening there as well. They informed me of proper or tradition way it should look & how it currently looks. They took before & after pics of everything, even the other side of the roof which I never even mentioned, they took the initiative on that which I greatly appreciated. They waterproofed it by caulking the hole that was there until my warranty could be informed of the exact issue. The price was also extremely fair, especially considering the short notice. Highly recommended.
